Kerala Orders:
Refunds will be processed within 2 working days after cancellation approval or product return (if applicable).

  • Other Locations:
    Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing time.

Refund Mode

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product is damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Incorrect address details were provided
  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

Damaged or Wrong Product
