Shipping Locations

We currently ship products across Kerala and all parts of India.

Delivery Time

• Kerala Deliveries:
  Orders are usually delivered within 2 days from the date of order confirmation.
• All India Deliveries:
  Orders may take 2 to 12 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Kerala Orders:
  • Orders below ₹300: ₹30 shipping charge
  • Orders ₹300 and above: Free shipping
• Outside Kerala (All India):
  • Orders below ₹500: ₹50 shipping charge
  • Orders ₹500 and above: Free shipping

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
